WSL recognises the unique and growing number of opportunities within the Property sector in its own right and within the premises portfolios of organisations in other sectors. Buildings new and old contain disused E&E equipment and infrastructure which have legislative, space management or financial consequences requiring that they be addressed intelligently. In addition liberating the space written off by many public and private organisations to stockpiling end-of-life E&E equipment is a legitimate end in its own right.

There has never been a more compelling commercial case for freeing up this wasted space and accessing the additional revenue stream from the recovered raw materials realised by transforming the redundant E&E infrastructure, which can then be reinvested or used to further existing CSR agendas.
